Data we process
We process account details, organization memberships, public profile fields, contact links, NFC tag state, orders, leads submitted by visitors, and consented analytics events.
Purposes
Data is used to provide public profiles, NFC resolution, lead capture, billing, support, abuse prevention, and product analytics where lawful consent or another legal basis applies.
Rights
Users and visitors can request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of personal data. Profile data export is available through the profile privacy page; protected erasure requests are handled through the support workflow.
Analytics
We measure how the site is used with Umami, which we host ourselves. Cookieless page views are counted for every visitor on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the service. A visitor id cookie, coarse account details, feature events and masked session replays are only used after you accept analytics. Replays are kept for 30 days, heatmaps and performance data for 90 days and other analytics data for 24 months. The cookie notice explains the details and lets you change your choice.
